Leah Jewelry offers the following Returns Policy:
Return Policy:
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged tem(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s)
1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
2. Print the Return Form and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the package.
Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package. Send your package to:
